Subscription orders, automatic renewals and cancellations

Automatic renewal and recurring billing

Certain Levessi products are available through automatically renewing subscriptions. By expressly selecting a subscription option and completing checkout, you authorize Levessi to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and billing frequency disclosed during purchase, including applicable shipping charges and taxes, until your subscription is cancelled.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future recurring charges. You can do so through the subscription management option provided with your order, where available, or by contacting support@enifala.com.

Cancellation becomes effective when successfully submitted through our online subscription management system or when we receive a cancellation request containing sufficient information to identify your subscription.

You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling. Once cancellation becomes effective, no further subscription renewals will be initiated.

Orders charged before cancellation

Cancelling a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel or refund orders for which payment was validly initiated before your cancellation became effective.

If a subscription renewal has already been processed, the resulting order remains subject to our standard 30-day Return and Refund Policy and any applicable statutory consumer rights.

If your renewal order has not yet shipped, please contact us promptly. We will assess whether the order can be cancelled before dispatch and provide any refund required under applicable law.

Refunds for recurring subscription orders

Subscription renewal payments are not automatically refundable merely because you decide to cancel future deliveries.

However, subscription orders remain eligible for returns and refunds under our standard Return and Refund Policy, including applicable statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered products.

Incorrect or unauthorized subscription charges

If we incorrectly charge your payment method after a valid cancellation has become effective, we will investigate and promptly refund any unauthorized charge.

If you believe a subscription payment was processed incorrectly, please contact support@enifala.com so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy restricts your right to dispute a transaction with your payment provider or exercise any rights available under applicable law.

Subscription terms and consumer rights

The subscription price, renewal frequency, and any applicable introductory offers or commitments are disclosed during checkout. Required renewal reminders and notices of material billing changes will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

This section does not override statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer protection rights.
